As a follow up to the task undertaken by the ILO Core Conventions Working Group (WG) and   also recommendation of the 1^st Labour Solutions Forum   held on 13^th and 14^th July 2017 in Lima, Peru, the ILO  side event provides space  to

–       Update on the status of the FSC Report on generic criteria and indicators based on ILO core conventions principles and the next steps after approval of the report.

–       Discuss  measures and interventions  to be undertaken to enhance understanding on labour issues among FSC membership and stakeholders (certificate holders, certification bodies  etc)

–       Share feedback of the 1st Labour Solutions Forum (LSF), discuss recommendations and receive proposals on future of the Forum.
